TVC Matrix Back Office Training
This is your back office. TVC stands for “Truckers Voices in Court.” MCA is the service we sell, and TVC pays your bills. TVC runs a commercial trucking services business also. This training is very powerful. Make sure you take your time, go through it, and learn about your back office. This is where you check all of your sales, etc. .
Follow These Important Instructions
- Go to the tvc matrix website - http://www.tvcmatrix.com
- Login by clicking on "member login"
- Enter your Username and Password
- Click on the "Associates Tab" to view your TVCMatrix website address located in the orange text near the middle of the screen. (This is your website used to enroll prospects into MCA). Example: www.TVCMatrix.com/YourUsername
- Add your TAXID# or SS# to your account. (Needed to be eligible to receive commissions).
- Click on the "Account" tab
- Click on the "Personal Info"
- Click on "Edit"
- Enter your TAX ID# or SS# in the Tax ID field. If your number is already there please move on to the next step...
- Review all the other tabs within your account

- Click on the MCA tab at the top of this website. When the drop down appears click on Documents. This section has many important documents that deserve your attention.
- Click on the Associate Agreement [Make sure you enter in your sponsors Associate ID#___________ in the form.] Please contact your sponsor for that number. [Fax documents to 405-607-2500]
- Fill out W9 Form. [Fax documents to 405-607-2500]
- Fill out Direct Deposit Form. VERY IMPORTANT!!! [Fax documents to 405-607-2500]
- Check for any licensing requirements needed for your state .
